The McMahan Process
At McMahan, we feel that the overall success of a project is dependent upon clearly understanding our clients' goals and objectives early in the planning process. Initial meetings with the project team, including the end-user, the architect/designer, and the project manager, will focus on issues such as workplace productivity, functionality, design intent, corporate image, ergonomics, environmental concerns, budgetary requirements, and the project timeline. The Project Process Outline • Establish Time Line • Conduct Client Needs Analysis & Programming • Create Typicals • Establish a Budget • Evaluation & Selection of Product • Develop Spaceplan • Select Finishes • Create Specifications & Preliminary Proposal • Develop Installation Plan & Quote • Generate & Present Final Proposal for Approval • Verify Delivery & Installation Schedule • Process & Track Orders • Provide Final Floorplans to Client Project, Construction and/or Design Team • Attend Construction Meeting & Conduct Site Visits • Deliver & Install • Process and complete punch list in a timely manner • Invoice |
